Councillor Luke Holmes met with Cllr Joe Quinn and the Spennymoor AAP's Chair, De Hickson, at Kirk Merrington School to see the progress made to the Pacer Train Project 'Dare to Dream'.

"When I stepped onto that train I could see the vision starting to come to life, providing a much-needed break from the classroom for kids. I look forward to visiting again very soon to see the finished project, and I have no doubt that I will be amazed at the work of the staff who are so passionately dedicated to doing everything within their power to make school a better place to be" said Cllr Luke Holmes.
